Earlier, the Interior Ministry reported the arrest of 295 participants in an uncoordinated rally in the center of Moscow. According to police, a significant number of detainees are not residents of Moscow.
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, commenting on the calls for the uncoordinated action, said that attempts at ultimatums and organizing the riots would not lead to anything good. He added that order would be ensured in accordance with the law.
