According to the report, the total number of insured persons in the fund as of the end of June was 88,790, including 49,647 male insureds (56%), compared with 39,143 women (44%).

According to the report, as of the end of last June, the total number of joint employees of the Fund stood at 1,306, including 183 in the government sector (14%), 106 in the semi-governmental sector (8%) and 1017 in the private sector (78%).

As for the distribution of insureds by sector, the report showed that the largest share was for the government sector with a total of 58,292 insured (66%) of the total number of insured persons in the emirate, followed by the quasi-governmental sector. The number of insured persons was 22,493 (25%), while the number of insured in the private sector, 8 thousand and 5 retirees (9%) of the total insured.

According to the statistical report, the total number of retirees, as of the end of last June, 11,728 retirees and retirees, including 9457 male retirees (81%), compared to 2271 female retirees (19%) of the total number of retirees, Up to 69% of the total number of retirees in the Fund, compared to 31% retired for "death".

As of the end of the second quarter of this year, 9560 beneficiaries were eligible, representing 3496 retired retirees, of which 8008 were women (84%), compared to 1552 males (16%) of the total number of beneficiaries.

The Pension and Retirement Benefits Fund for the Emirate of Abu Dhabi expects the number of insured persons registered with the Fund to increase by 2022 to 102 thousand and 375 citizens and nationals in various sectors of the Emirate, according to the results of the actuarial studies conducted by the Fund on a regular basis.
