Earlier, the State Department reported that US Assistant Secretary of State John Sullivan will be the head of the American delegation during talks with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov in Geneva from July 17 to 18.
From July 16 to July 18, Sullivan will visit Switzerland and Belgium.
He will be accompanied by Andrei Thompson, the Under-Secretary of State for Arms Control.
