US Secretary of State John Bolton said US President Donald Trump was considering canceling Iran's nuclear program, while Trump commented on the Iranian crisis in a nutshell. "Iran has to be careful," he said.

Bolton told the Preset website yesterday that the decision was made after Iran lifted its stockpile of enriched uranium beyond the limits set in the nuclear deal, as well as Iranian President Hassan Rowhani's threat to raise the enrichment rate by any percentage Iran wants.

Bolton stressed that according to the nuclear agreement, Iran had seven different exceptions to the nuclear program, which fell to five exceptions earlier.

According to Bolton, the US government is currently reviewing and revoking other exceptions.

The White House national security adviser said the decision by the Iranian authorities to violate the nuclear deal was an indication of the effectiveness of the "extreme pressure campaign" by the US government.

Bolton stressed that Iran, with increased uranium stockpiles and increased enrichment, showed it had no decisive and strategic decision to abandon nuclear weapons production.

On the other hand, judicial authorities in Gibraltar announced yesterday the extension of the detention of the Iranian oil tanker «Grace 1», which was shipping quantities of oil to Syria, 14 days.

According to the Panama Maritime Authority, the giant Iranian oil tanker «Grace 1» seized by the British Royal Marines near Gibraltar, the day before yesterday, is no longer restricted in its records of international ships, as of last May.

British authorities in Gibraltar, in the southernmost part of Spain, seized the Iranian ship, which was shipping oil to Syria despite the sanctions imposed on Damascus. On the other hand, said a senior commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, yesterday, it would be "duty" Tehran to detain a British oil tanker, if not released the Iranian tanker detained in Gibraltar immediately. "If Britain does not release the Iranian tanker, the (Iranian) authorities will have the duty to detain a British oil tanker," Mohsen Rezai said in a tweet on Twitter.

According to Bolton, the US government is currently reviewing and revoking other exceptions.
