They are conducting subversive activities to weaken their faith in the US loyalty to Europe, destroy transatlantic unity and weaken European institutions and authorities, ”the text of the document says on the agency’s website.
The concept states that to respond to these actions of the Kremlin, conditions will be created for the economic and democratic stability of the “threatened” countries.
"CMKI is a continuation of the formation of a response to the malicious influence of the Kremlin through the creation of conditions for the economic and democratic stability of the countries to which actions are directed, and through work that will be aimed against the Kremlin’s attempts to undermine the work of a number of institutions," the concept says.
In particular, special attention will be paid to working with democratic institutions, independent media, as well as to achieving the energy and economic independence of the countries of Eastern Europe, among which Moldova and Ukraine are indicated.
