An agreement rejected three times

"I am absolutely certain that the new leaders of our institutions will be as consistent as we are in the withdrawal agreement and our willingness to discuss the future relationship" with London, Donald Tusk told reporters. The withdrawal agreement that the EU refuses to renegotiate was rejected three times by the British Parliament.
