According to him, sometimes Russian planes also fly to Venezuela and “take part in the order of training”.
“Are we there leading the actions of the rebels, like our some partners do, or are we leading the actions of President Maduro?” Putin said.
He added that the president of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro himself leads all in the country. The President said that in Moscow they do not give assessments to Maduro’s actions.
