Earlier, the Ukrainian delegation in the assembly disrupted a speech in Russian by a deputy from Serbia, Alexander Seselj, on the situation in Crimea.
PACE also rejected a proposal to return to the relevant commission a draft report allowing the Russian delegation to attend the June session of the assembly.
