According to him, Georgia "went to change the key letter" in the spelling of the name of the Ukrainian capital - from "Kiev" to "Kyiv."
“In my opinion, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine should start negotiations on changing the official name of Georgia to Sakartvelo,” he wrote.
He also called on Ukrainians who are planning to rest abroad to "reorient themselves to Georgia."
Earlier, cinemas in Tbilisi stopped showing films in Russian.
