It is noted that 118 out of 190 parliamentarians who were in the hall spoke in support of the relevant resolution.
62 people did not support the initiative, another 10 abstained.
"Invite the parliaments of the Council of Europe member states that were not represented by the delegation in the assembly to submit the credentials of their representatives and deputy representatives to the June part of the 2019 session of the assembly," the document states.
It became known earlier that a delegation from Russia arrived in Strasbourg for possible participation in the PACE session on June 25.
