Abu Dhabi Court of Appeal yesterday, the trial of the Gulf accused of issuing a check without balance in favor of her husband, the amount of 569 thousand dirhams, and the court decided to postpone the verdict in the case to the hearing on Monday, 19 August next to announce the complainant (husband).

During the hearing, the defendant said in response to a question from the court about the reason for releasing the check that the case was malicious because of her husband's desire to retaliate due to differences between them, noting that she had given her husband a blank check, He promised to shred him after his purpose expired, but he kept it without her knowledge, and after multiple differences between them and threatened to kill, using a sharp knife, used the old check against her and released his name on him.

The defendant responded to a question to the judge of the Court of Appeal whether she had witnesses from the family or relatives to hand over the check to her husband as a bank guarantee, denying that she gave him in the marital home for the purpose of completing the safeguards procedure, and did not ask him about the check again for her trust, saying that they have witnesses to differences Marriage between them and threatening him with a knife.
