Syrian Foreign Minister asked China for help in fighting radicals

“We told Chinese friends: give us the tools to fight the Islamic Party of Turkestan,” said the Syrian Foreign Minister, quoted by RIA Novosti.

He noted that he had asked for "military, political and cultural means."

At the same time, China itself will not take part in the fight against terrorists in Idlib, the minister noted.

Earlier, advisor to Syrian President Bashar Assad said that the authorities are hoping for help from Russia, Iran and China in restoring the country.
