Ma'an TV reported on Wednesday the death of the late Egyptian president Mohammed Morsi, which included footage from inside the graves of Nasr City, where he was buried.

The Israeli journalist's visit comes as security forces cordoned off the graves and prevented Egyptian citizens and journalists from approaching the tomb of Morsi. The security authorities also refused to allow his supporters and relatives to bury him, pray on him or even offer condolences to his family either in Cairo or in his hometown in Sharkia.

On Monday, state television announced Morsi's death during a trial session and said he had suffered a fainting accident during the trial.
