The public prosecutor's office has decided on Monday to appeal in cassation against the decision of the Court of Appeal of Besançon who left at liberty under judicial control Dr Frédéric Péchier, suspected of 24 poisonings, said a judicial source. The prosecution now has "a month to write the brief" which will detail the reasons for this appeal, strongly desired by the civil parties, said the same source.
