After weighing more than 100 kg and becoming depressed, a young British woman resorted to a simple trick not only to exercise and choose the right food, but to drink a certain drink that she lost half her weight and make it graceful. So what is the secret of this drink?

In the midst of her struggle with depression because of obesity, a young British woman looked for a way to get rid of it. And found a solution needed from them to the will, to lose half of its weight, which amounted to more than one hundred kilograms.

The story of the British young woman with obesity began after her birth a girl more than three years ago. Immediately after the birth she separated from her partner, putting her in a spiral of psychological stress, depression, unhealthy fast food and high sugar, although she was only 23 years old.

A young doctor, Zebohan Torrenton, told her that she had to choose one of the following: either using anti-depressant drugs caused by weight gain, or exercising and eating healthy foods. She chose to go to sports.

I actually started exercising more than once a week and taking care of the food you eat. But the secret of losing weight was not just sports and food. The young woman looked for factors and nutrients to help reduce weight. She said green tea could play a role, and she actually started eating it.

"The first six kilograms faded away very quickly. Green tea helped boost metabolism in my body, because I did not raise my athletic weight during that period," she says.

After two years of exercise and drinking green tea, the young woman lost 57 kilograms of weight, and since then she has been exercising three times a week and drinking green tea constantly.

"Green tea is misappropriated, and in terms of price, it is close to the price of fried potatoes," says Zebohan, who writes about her experience with green tea. "Every now and then I eat junk food, but in very limited quantities."

The secret of green tea
Green tea, along with exercise, reduces weight to around 30% and reduces the fat content around the abdomen to about 36.6%, regardless of the nature of the other food being eaten by the person. The study - that green tea - in conjunction with fitness exercises such as jogging - does the process of food metabolism more, and reduces the building of fat cells.

Lipids around the abdomen cause hormones that can cause diabetes, high blood pressure and even asthma, according to the study from the University of Pennsylvania.

As for green tea, it reduces the amount of fat around the abdomen in conjunction with the sport. The study of green tea stimulates the metabolism of food, so that calories are increasingly burned even in rest, even when not exercising.

However, the British young woman's story is not generalized. Green tea should not be a substitute for a healthy, balanced diet, moderate caloric intake and, of course, after consulting a doctor to develop a diet that is appropriate for a person's health and nutritional needs.
