“Before the incident, violations of anti-terrorism security were revealed in the municipal institution, and response measures were taken as a result of the audit,” Pastushin said.
According to him, the violations were not fully eliminated, and therefore the issue of filing claims is currently being resolved.
On May 28, a teenager attacked a 12-year-old girl with an ax at Volsk City School No. 4. The victim was hospitalized with heavy grass heads.
The suspect was arrested for two months. He did not admit guilt.
