“The Argentine side proposed to hold meetings of working groups on high and low power nuclear power plants in the near future in the Russian Federation,” RIA Novosti cites an excerpt from the protocol of the intergovernmental commission of the two countries.

It is noted that countries are considering the possibility of building a nuclear power plant of large and small capacity on the territory of Argentina, as well as floating nuclear power plants.

In addition, Argentina is interested in creating a logistics hub in St. Petersburg for deliveries to Russia and other countries.

Earlier, the deputy head of the Argentine Foreign Ministry, Daniel Raimondi, said that Western sanctions against Moscow did not prevent Argentina from doing business with Russia.
