“Russian specialists are driving, teaching Congolese specialists how to operate, maintain, repair, help with this,” RIA Novosti quotes Fomin as saying.
It is noted that we are talking about the operation and repair of the Russian military equipment already existing in the country.
Fomin noted that in the Congo there are quite a lot of weapons, military and Russian equipment of Soviet and Russian production.
Earlier, the Foreign Ministry of Russia expressed hope for strengthening partnership with South Africa.
