The Alliance of Freedom and Change Forces, which leads the protests in Sudan, announced in a statement that it would hold consultations with its supporters on the ground to discuss solutions after its talks with the military junta on a council that runs the country during the transitional period. A march of millions "outside the army headquarters in Khartoum, while the Transitional Military Council confirmed that he is not aspiring to power, and that« wants to hand over power today before tomorrow ».

In a statement, the coalition said in a statement yesterday that its forces will "launch a wide-ranging consultation campaign with all segments of the Sudanese people, opening it up with the rebels in the fields of the sit-in, taking possession of all the facts and listening to their destinations where they want their revolution to take place."

"Our sit-ins continue throughout the country with their unique peace and unity, and our committees are ready for all other options, especially the political strike and civil disobedience."

Earlier, the gathering of Sudanese professionals said it had also called for a "million march" outside the army headquarters in Khartoum.

The statement issued by the assembly said yesterday that the demonstrators want to denounce what they called "the military council's refusal to give up power to the sovereignty council, which the two parties have already agreed to lead the country during the interim period."

The statement called on "the masses of the people from all neighborhoods, frigans, towns and cities to go out to the streets and march peacefully towards the sit-in area, before the general command of the armed forces."

It is expected that the processions will go to the seat of the sit-in in order to demand the handover of power to the «civil authority».

The call came after the negotiations, held late last Monday, between the Transitional Military Council of Sudan and the forces of freedom and change, because of the issue of the sovereign council and the proportion of representation in the presidency.

The Sudanese military council rejected the "civil majority" in the sovereign council, rejected the "rotating presidency" of the council, and rejected the "civilian presidency" as well.

The forces of freedom and change considered, last Tuesday, that the military council «still puts the vehicle of the sovereign council in front of the horse of the revolution, and insists on emptying of the essence, and waste the goals of the Declaration of freedom and change and the transformation of its structure and meaning».

It also declared that the Transitional Military Council adheres to the condition that the sovereign council be headed by a military and a majority of the military, which is rejected by the forces of freedom and change, considering that it does not meet the condition of change and does not reflect the objectives of the revolution.

Yesterday, for the second consecutive day, the Revolutionary Book of Attendance was signed in preparation for the general political strike and civil disobedience.

Forty-three different sectors carried out protest vigils in preparation for the strike and disobedience. According to the list of signatories to the attendance book published by the Professional Gathering, yesterday, 17 professional sectors were registered in the Revolutionary Book of Attendance, including doctors, pharmacists, dentists, Doctors, doctors, veterinarians, meteorologists, nurses, university professors, lawyers, dramas, bankers, anesthesiologists, pharmacy owners in Khartoum state, and geologists, as well as the banking sector.

Ministry of Culture and Information, Ministry of Animal Resources, Sudanese Medical Supplies, Ministry of Health, Khartoum Stock Exchange, Ministry of Interior and Refugee Authority. The two sites included the transport sector, human resources staff, Sudanese miners' syndicate, Sennar taxi drivers union, Travel.

On the other hand, the Vice President of the Military Council, Mohammad Daklou, known as Hamiditi, appealed to the forces of freedom and change to accept a genuine partnership with the Council, following the failure of another round of negotiations between the parties.

During a visit to Cooper prison last night, Hamidati reiterated that the military council is not in power but seeks to guarantee and complete the peaceful transition of power in the country.

He added that the demonstrators could not overthrow the regime without the intervention of the army, and that the latter could not take power and remove the former president, Omar al-Bashir, had it not for popular demonstrations organized by the forces of change.

He also stressed that the army is "the real guarantor of the Sudanese people until the elections are free and fair, then we reassure and go to our barracks, as he put it.

Earlier, Hamidi confirmed the council's desire to transfer power. He said in an interview with the Egyptian newspaper Al-Ahram: "We are tired and we want to hand over power today." Hamidi stressed that the army wanted a quick solution. Politicians, we are waiting for the formation of the government ».

At the same time, he announced the arrest of 25 members of the al-Bashir regime so far. "We are preparing the files of their conviction," he said.

The military junta announced the lifting of the ban on trade unions and professional associations in the country.

According to a statement of the media of the military council, the decision included trade unions, professional associations, and the General Union of National Employers in Sudan.

The statement added that «the decision to freeze the trade union organizations was addressed in light of the laws governing trade union work in the country, and the international agreements in this regard, in addition to the transactions and contracts and commitments currently underway in these organizations».

The Council said that the resolution was "a commitment to the international conventions, and to consolidate the gains achieved by the Sudanese taking these organizations to regional and international sites of great importance and in accordance with the laws of the organization, to be taken the necessary measure in accordance with these laws and international obligations."

A member of the negotiating delegation for the forces of freedom and change and the gathering of professionals, Ahmed al-Rabee, said that the gathering of professionals deplores the decision to unblock trade unions and professional associations issued by the Transitional Military Council.

He said that the decision came without consulting the forces of the declaration of freedom and change, noting that the first beneficiary of this decision entities loyal to the regime of former President, Omar al-Bashir.
