“The Bureau of Industry and Security makes changes to the export control regulations (EAR) to exclude Venezuela from the group of countries B, which provides favorable conditions for certain export goods under control within the framework of national security, and transfer Venezuela to group D of countries: 1 , in which the states representing a certain threat to national security are represented, ”the TASS document quotes.
