“To appoint Bogdan Andrei Iosifovich as head of the presidential administration of Ukraine,” the decree text published on the website of the head of state says.
Zelensky also opened access to the building of the presidential administration and invited everyone there.
Earlier, Zelensky signed a decree on the dismissal of Viktor Muzhenko, the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and the appointment of Ruslan Homchak to this position.
