Yemen's Houthi group said its latest attack on oil installations in Saudi Arabia was the launch of military operations targeting a bank of targets of 300 vital and military targets.

"The first operation targeting our armed forces was the first target in the list of targets announced in March, leaving 299 targets within the bank," the Houthi news agency quoted a military source as saying.

The source pointed out that these targets include "military and vital headquarters and facilities along the geography of the UAE and Saudi Arabia, as well as installations, headquarters and military bases of the aggression in Yemen," referring to the Saudi-UAE military alliance.

On Tuesday, the Houthi group attacked two oil pumping stations within the pipeline, which carries Saudi oil from fields in the eastern region to the port of Yanbu on the west coast of the kingdom. The Saudi government acknowledged the attack and said it had halted the flow of oil into the pipeline.
