According to the investigation, the mother of the girl, together with her partner, decided that the child is likely to interfere with the further relationship of the couple.
Subsequently, Anna Kuznetsova, Commissioner under the President of Russia for the Rights of the Child, commented on the situation in an interview with the TV channel “360”.
