With the participation of 600 arbitrators, coaches and counterparts from 52 countries, the 5th International Arab University Debating Championship will be launched next Saturday, organized by the Qatar Debates Center, a member of the Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development.

The tournament aims to spread the Arabic language as a non-traditional creative medium and give young people the opportunity to participate in such competitions and competitions and test their language and leadership skills. Due to the diversity of the levels of Arabic language and the cultural differences among the participants in the tournament, the teams were classified according to the linguistic level into two categories, the first of which is the Open Tournament category, which includes all the Arabic speaking teams as the first language and those who are able to reach the intermediate level.

The second category is the Arabic language for non-Arabic speakers, which includes Arabic language learners. Debates will be held under the name of the International Tournament and will announce at the end of the tournament the winner of the "Pioneers of the Match" award, which is presented to the best project aiming at publishing the debate based on precise arbitration criteria.
