The Arab Republic of Egypt, with the participation of our armed forces, will host the joint training activities "Shield of Arabs -1" in support of the joint military cooperation relations between Egypt and the Arab countries to build the combat capabilities of the armed forces and achieve common objectives.
The training will be carried out for the first time in the Arab Republic of Egypt during the period from 3 to 16 November at the Mohammed Najib Military Base and the joint air and sea training areas in the Mediterranean.
The participation of Arab forces in many air bases and Egyptian ports has begun. The training includes elements of land, sea, air, air force and special forces forces of Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain and Jordan. Morocco and Lebanon are observers.
The training comes as part of the joint training plan carried out by the Egyptian armed forces with many brotherly and friendly countries to develop military relations, face common challenges and support security and stability efforts in the region.
