A Thai court sentenced a Russian Aleksandr Kirillov (Alex Leslie) and Belarusian Anastasia Vashukevich (Nastya Rybka) to conditional terms of imprisonment, as well as a factual sentence equal to a term served.
Persons involved in the case pleaded guilty in the case of illegal sex training. They spent a total of nine months in the remand prison and are awaiting deportation to their homeland. Until this point, they will be placed in the temporary detention center, as their visa has expired.
The arrest of Kirillov and his student Vashukevich became known in February of this year. They, along with six citizens of Russia and Belarus, were arrested on charges of violating immigration laws and illegal labor activities. In Thailand, Kirillov and Vashukevich organized sex trainings.
In April, the court formally charged them with violating the kingdom’s criminal code.
“All eight were charged under three articles of the Thai Penal Code. A preventive measure in the form of detention was chosen. Tonight they will be transported to Pattaya City Prison, ”the court clerk said.
Later, Kirillova and Vashukevich were acquitted in the case of illegal entrepreneurial and labor activities, as changes in legislation came into force, canceling criminal prosecution for organizing unregistered seminars. However, charges of providing sexual services were not dropped.

Vashukevich became famous after the publication of the video of blogger Alexei Navalny, who, based on Instagram of the girl and her book Diary of seduction of a billionaire, concluded that she was on the yacht of businessman Oleg Deripaska. The blogger claims that at the same time there was the head of the government administration, Sergei Prikhodko.
Deripaska later sued Vashukevich and Kirillov, accusing them of publishing audio tapes of his conversations and private photos, for which permission was not given. The billionaire called the published information “false accusations” unrelated to reality.
In July, a court in the Krasnodar Territory partially granted Deripaska’s claim to Kirillov and Vashukevich for the protection of privacy. The defendants were obliged to pay Deripaska 500 thousand rubles each, remove all photo and video materials distributed by them, as well as comments to them, prohibiting their publication in the future.
“We definitely performed through Roskomnadzor according to my application - they removed all the videos that violated the rights of Oleg Vladimirovich Deripaska. As for the money, we are in the process of enforcing this judgment. We received (a writ of execution. - RT ), filed with state bodies, they execute it, ”said the lawyer of billionaire RIA Novosti.
In connection with the forthcoming deportation of Kirillov and Vashukevich from Thailand, the prosecution intends to intensify its actions against them, Melnikov said.
“If they are extradited, of course, we will become more active. I would not like to disclose in advance the strategy, what we will do ... but we will definitely, ”RIA Novosti reports.
Skolkovo scholar and paternity case
As it became known earlier, Kirillov was the director for science at the Center for Intelligent Prediction Systems at Skolkovo.
The center's website noted that Kirillov received patents in foreign countries, published dozens of articles in English-language scientific journals, and is also "the author and developer of Artificial Intelligence systems with an increase in K-complexity."
It is also said that Kirillov repeatedly spoke at international congresses in Hong Kong, Venice, Detroit and Milan.
At the same time, Kirillov, besides these two cases, appears in another - about establishing paternity over the child of the citizen of Belarus Anastasia Stepashina. As RT found out, the first court session in this case took place in June 2017.
In October 2017, Stepashin won the case, but in March 2018, Kirillov, while in Thailand, appealed the decision of the court through his lawyers.
Kirillov himself repeatedly at his seminars urged men to engage in unprotected sex in order to subsequently have many children, but at the same time not to undertake obligations for their further maintenance.
“Not a penny, never — this is the most important thing that they (women - RT ) should understand,” he said at one of the seminars. - Otherwise you do not bring a bunch of children. And with the children you will have your own relationship. These are your children. Do whatever you want with them. ”
To the question of one of those sitting in the audience who will support the child, Kirillov replied that the woman herself would be engaged in this.
