"Two artillery armored vessels of the Ukrainian Navy have been launched in Berdyansk. It is planned that by the end of the year in the Sea of Azov will create a naval base of the Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, "the report says.
Earlier, the chairman of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine Peter Tsigikal said that 270 fighters of naval special forces will be sent to the Azov and Black Sea regions.
It was also reported that the President of Ukraine Peter Poroshenko instructed the government to accelerate the development of the naval doctrine and take into account the actions of Russia in the Sea of Azov.
Expert of the Center for Military Political Journalism and deputy chairman of the international public organization Veche, Vladimir Orlov, in an interview with the FAN commented on Kiev's intentions regarding the Azov direction.
