President Trump said he would be able to announce soon that he is making a concrete plan for the second North American summit.

Several candidates have been reviewed, including Singapore, which was the venue for the first round of talks.

[Trump / US President: Singapore was fantastic, but the second summit will probably be held elsewhere.]

"I do not want to embarrass Kim," he said.

The possibility of holding talks in Pyongyang was also not closed.

[Trump / US President: I think there will be many talks in the US and North Korea. This is a mutual thing like a two-way street.]

As a result of these comments, the candidates for the second round of talks are the United States and Pyongyang, and the neutral regions of Panmunjom and Vienna, Austria.

Trump told reporters that the meeting was "very good and made a lot of progress," the Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said.

"We still have a lot to do, but we have seen a way to achieve denuclearization," Pompei said in a separate press conference.
