Imitating a Californian start-up, the young Toulouse intends to denounce the prices of rents for the offices at the same time as the all-car in town.

Two desktops, computers, three chairs ... Valentin Decarpentric and his colleague look like any other office worker. With one exception: they are installed outside, on a parking space on Deville Street in Toulouse, as told by 20 Minutes . This young (21 years old) Toulouse entrepreneur has indeed decided to relocate his office outside the walls. One way to denounce the prices of rents, too high, and the all-car in town.

Drivers looking for a place can hardly force him to move: the young man has paid the parking meter at 1.5 euro per hour. Far from a normal rent. "The hardest thing when you create your box is to go from one to many, not to be isolated in your corner," says Valentin at 20 minutes . "But the prices are too high and the real estate community does not rent to a company that starts." In addition, the young man finds that there is "too much room" for cars in urban areas.

In doing so, Valentin imitates a movement born in California. There, start-up Victor Pontis launched a hashtag on Twitter, #WePark ["We park"] to denounce the mismanagement of public space and the excessive space left to cars.

I'm going to work on a parking lot and I'm going for a parking lot.

Wish me luck.
