The weather Sunday will be disturbed but generally less cold, according to Météo-France forecasts.

Snow on the East. At the beginning of the day, the rainy disturbance will stretch from the Southwest to the Massif Central and to the Eastern borders, and on the East-East, small snowfalls will still be possible down to the plain. On the north-east of the country and north of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, precipitation will weaken during the morning and will be more and more scattered in the afternoon, but the sky will remain well crowded. On the other hand, from the south of Aquitaine to the Southern Alps and the Mediterranean, the weather will remain disturbed, often covered with frequent rainy passages. The rain-snow limit will be around 2,000 m then 1,500 m on the Pyrenees, 1,200 to 1,400 m on the Alps, down at the end of the day.

Elsewhere, the weather will be more variable with a sky shared between clouds and thinnings.

Rain on the west of the country. In the morning near the Atlantic coasts and the Channel, the clouds will become more threatening and will give showers. Around mid-day a rainy passage sometimes accompanied by thunderstorms and strong gusts of wind will reach Brittany then sweep the west of the country in the afternoon.

Temperatures. The minimum temperatures will still be cold on the Grand-Est and Franche-Comté, between -3 and 0 degrees, on the other hand it will be mild from Brittany to the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean with 4 to 10 degrees, elsewhere it will be between -1 and +4 degrees. The maximums will range from 4 to 8 degrees on the east flank, they will vary between 7 and 13 degrees elsewhere, 12 to 15 degrees in Corsica.
