The HRC has sent a proposal to the US Civil Rights Commission for cooperation

"The Council under the President of the Russian Federation for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights asked the US Civil Rights Commission to establish regular contacts in the interests of protecting human rights," they noted.

It is noted that the corresponding letter to the commission was sent by the head of the HRC Mikhail Fedotov.
