He noted that the Russian side has serious differences from the United States.

“And in linguistic terms, this difference consists of just one word: in Russian, in English: the Russian Federation is preparing for war, and the United States is preparing a war,” he said.

Earlier, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu told US National Security Adviser John Bolton that the Russian-American dialogue was gradually being restored.

Bolton also reported that an invitation was sent to Russian President Vladimir Putin to visit Washington in 2019.
