The expert also drew attention to the fact that the PACE hopes to improve relations with Moscow, because the organization “is unprofitable to further support the anti-Russian Ukrainian vector.”
“As for the situation itself, it is obvious that the relations between Russia and the PACE are in a very minor phase, which worries the Assembly more than Russia. After all, PACE was left without Russian funding, which is very unpleasant for her, ”said Asafov.
