"In order to satisfy the petition of the defender ... to change the measure of restraint of Savchenko from custody for house arrest or use of personal guarantee to refuse," the judge announced the decision.
At the end of March, Savchenko was arrested for two months. According to the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine, she planned terrorist acts in the parliament building and the government quarter.
