The bottles immediately replaced

"It's a human error, manipulation. There was not the right product in the right bottle , explained the biologist pharmacist from the laboratory in Strasbourg. But it is the police investigation that can explain exactly what happened. "

The problem was discovered when a patient returned to the lab to seek medical advice on the pain she was experiencing. A black hematoma of several centimeters had formed at the site of the sting. The laboratory staff in Strasbourg said they had "replaced the bottles immediately" and made the necessary arrangements to contact "all the people concerned this weekend" .
