“Upon the explosion of domestic gas in the apartment of a residential building in Vologda, a criminal case has been opened about causing death by negligence (part 1 of article 109 of the Criminal Code of Russia),” the text says.
It is also noted that at the present time the probability of a building structure collapsing remains.
According to the ministry, as a result of the emergency, three people were hospitalized, about 90 were evacuated from the building.
Employees of the investigating authorities establish all the circumstances of the incident.
Earlier it was reported that as a result of the explosion of domestic gas in a five-story residential building in Vologda, one person was killed, six were injured.
