The Saudi Attorney General announced today that the investigations showed the death of Saudi citizen Jamal Khashoggi during a quarrel at the consulate.
The prosecutor said in a statement that preliminary investigations into the subject of Saudi citizen Jamal Khashoggi showed his death.
The statement also pointed out that the discussions that took place between Khashoggi and those who met him while he was in the consulate of the Kingdom in Istanbul led to a quarrel and clapping of hands leading to his death.
In addition, the Public Prosecutor's Office confirmed that its investigations into this case are continuing with the 18 detainees, all of whom are Saudi nationals, in preparation for reaching all the facts and declaring them accountable and bringing them to justice.
