Suspected of killing a "vulnerable person" in mid-October in Saint-Brieuc (Côtes-d'Armor), a man was arrested on Thursday, October 25.

Presented Thursday to the judge of liberties and detention of the court of Saint-Brieuc, a man was locked, having been indicted for murder on vulnerable person. He is suspected of killing a man in the street of Trois-Frères-Le Goff, in Saint-Brieuc.

"A violent death"

The suspect and the victim belong to the marginal milieu. The facts were committed a fortnight ago. The perpetrator reportedly took the victim to his apartment where he allegedly attempted to rape her. A fight would have followed this attempt. "The autopsy revealed a violent death caused by a third," said yesterday evening the prosecutor, Bertrand Leclerc.

Quickly identified by the police, the alleged perpetrator had left the city after the fact. This explains the delay between the interpellation this week and the facts dating back to mid-October.
