Russia informed NATO of readiness to continue dialogue on INF.

This is stated in the statement of the Russian post-mission to NATO, reports RIA Novosti.

“We confirmed our continued readiness to make all possible efforts to continue the professional and substantive dialogue in order to save the contract,” the commentary said.

It is noted that also during the meeting, some members of the Council raised questions about the situation in Ukraine. Representatives of Russia, in turn, reiterated that this issue is substantively discussed in other specialized formats.

Earlier, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov announced Moscow’s intention to continue working on the INF mode after February 2, when the United States, according to statements by the American authorities, should suspend its participation in the treaty.
