"The meeting will begin with a tete-a-tete conversation in the presence of interpreters. Then the Russian-American negotiations are evidently in the format of a working breakfast. This breakfast will be attended by some members of delegations. Then, after this, the leaders will hold a joint press conference, "Ushakov said.
Earlier it became known that the meeting between Putin and Trump July 16 in Helsinki will start at 13:00 Moscow time.
