As noted, by the same decree, the head of state placed the control over the execution of the decision on the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Alexander Turchinov.
The agency recalls that on December 26, at the meeting of the National Security and Defense Council, Poroshenko announced the termination of martial law, after which he announced that the council would secretly consider the shortcomings of the military administration in the country, revealed during martial law.

At the same time, by a decision of the National Security Council, the ban on the entry of men to Russia by Ukraine was extended.
