The former president of the Department of Finistère, Pierre Maille, and a former vice-president of the same assembly, Chantal Simon-Guillon, are summoned before the tribunal de grande instance of Rennes, correctional, for the hearing of the 6 as of February 7, 2019.
The case concerns a tender of the Department at the time of the reorganization of the public transport in Finistère: the court speaks about "infringement with the freedom of access or the equality of the candidates in the public markets committed during January 2009 and until 31 December 2010. "
The competition and price department would consider that the reorganization of transport and the way in which the departmental assembly had mediatized it to explain it to the Finishers would have favored the Finistère companies.
