“We will have a meeting in Jeddah in May, all 23 countries that participate in the deal will gather, and there we will carefully consider the situation and discuss whether production should be increased under these conditions,” the minister said.

He noted that he considers it necessary to extend the OPEC + agreement after its completion in June 2019.

Ar-Rumhi also stated that he sees no reason to fear a collapse in oil prices.

Earlier it was reported that OPEC + countries will decide on the future deal in June.
