His Highness issued Resolution No. (58) for the year 2018 on the ownership of companies owned by ALDAR Properties in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and provided that the right to own real estate in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi shall be granted to companies owned by ALDAR Company at least 50% of the capital directly or indirectly. , Without including companies that are established as investment property portfolios.

It also provided that this right shall not prejudice the acquisition of shares or shares in such companies by persons who are not nationals of the State or similar persons.
