It is noted that “under the Astana agreements, the Turkish Armed Forces have 12 observation posts in the de-escalation zone in Idlib, and the Russian Armed Forces - 10”.

Earlier, Minister of National Defense of Turkey Hulusi Akar said that the Turkish and Russian Armed Forces will begin joint patrols in the Syrian province of Idlib on March 8.
