"Special Prosecutor Muller will not recommend the nomination of new charges," the channel said.
Earlier it was reported that Muller completed the investigation into the case of "Russia's interference" in the American elections in 2016.
A spokeswoman for the White House, Sarah Sanders, said the presidential administration had not yet seen the report.
The Russian side has repeatedly denied "interference" in the electoral processes taking place in the territory of other states.
