Mariam Abdulrahman Al-Taniji (58 years old), resident of Al-Rams city in the Emirate of Ras Al-Khaimah, challenged the hearing and speech loss and set up a museum that includes traditional artifacts and hunting in the UAE.

"I began to collect UAE heritage items 40 years ago," she said. "She loved the acquisition of fishing tools and the heritage kitchen. I used to collect them from old houses, Including (the hill and the rug and the cashews Dala and smoker and Sarud and Sagar and Fenner and the engineer and mortar).

The son, Faysal Abdullah, speaks of the tropical gardens. He explained that the museum that his mother had set up in the house includes a suite for old family meetings, a cooking section and another section for fishing tools.

He added that his mother was related to heritage tools and collected from different parts of the emirate. "There are some tools in the museum that were used by my ancestors."

He pointed out that the schools in Ras Al Khaimah organizes cultural trips for students to the museum, to introduce them to heritage and experience in the way of preparing food and dessert using old tools.
