Lavrov stressed that Moscow had never refused consultations and negotiations aimed at strengthening strategic stability in the new conditions.
“The President said that all these proposals remain on the table, but we will not bother our Western partners on this topic anymore. They know about these proposals. When you mature, you are welcome, ”he said.
