President Moon Jae-in will visit France, Italy, Belgium, Vatican and Denmark with a schedule of nine days and seven nights from today.

This trip focuses on spreading support for the peace process on the Korean peninsula to Europe.

The most interesting thing is the visit to the Vatican on the 18th.

Mr. Moon will speak after attending Mass for Peace on the Korean Peninsula, headed by the head of the Vatican.

He will meet with Franciscan pontiff alone for about an hour, and will send a message from Chairman Kim Jong-un to visit Pyongyang.

The prospect of accepting a request for a visit to the Pope is very clear, given that the Pope has issued several messages on the Korean peninsula since his inauguration in 2013.

At his first visit in Paris, France, Mr. Moon attends a Korean - Japanese friendship concert with a bunch of boycotts tomorrow, and holds a summit with Mr.

The summit will be held in Rome, Italy on Sept. 17, and the Asia - Europe summit in Brussels, Belgium.

Mr. Moon will return to Korea on May 21 after giving a keynote speech at the green growth conference in Copenhagen, Denmark.
