It is reported by the press service of the regional administration of the National Police of Ukraine.

It is noted that the unknown put pictures on the facade of the building. According to police, on the morning of February 11, a message was received about what had happened from the abbot of the temple.

"The man said that at night an unknown person inscribed Nazi inscriptions on the facade of a church building," the statement says.

It is specified that the police officers who found the erased remains of inscriptions on the facade had already traveled to the scene. The guard of the temple said that in the morning he saw inscriptions on the building and erased them; he did not notice anyone suspicious.

Police are checking and looking for people who may be involved in the incident.

Attacks on the temples of the UOC in the territory of Ukraine have recently been recorded more frequently. In particular, on December 27, 2018 in the Odessa region, unknown persons staged a pogrom in the temple, and in November 2018, the vandals intended to set a fire in the bell tower of the icon of the Mother of God in Odessa.
